The kitchen that opens to the dining-living room is modern and fully equipped, provided with all the cooking and dining utensils for a home cooked meal: an oven, a gas cooker and a fridge freezer. The bedroom has sound insulated windows facing the courtyard and a Queen sized bed with orthopaedic mattresses. The bathroom has a shower (with excellent pressure), bide and WC. On request two extra single bed can be added in the living room for other guest. There is also a courtyard at the back of the apartment with a very nice view. The apartment is provided with air conditioning, a TV set (Italian TV only), WIFI, a washing machine, a diswasher, an oven, a toaster, an iron and a hairdryer. Final cleaning 50€ has to be paid cash upon the check in.
