There is a large living-dining room, kitchen fully equipped , bedroom facing the courtyard On request two extra single bed can be added in the living room There is also a courtyard at the back of the apartment. The size is 65 mq Dorsoduro is one of the six “quarters” of Venice loved by Venetians and Visitors for its wealth of historical monuments and it remains a genuine “lived-in” The apartment is close to Santa Margherita Campo( numerous Cafés and open-air restaurants) The space This newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of an ancient building.  The apartment is composed by a large living-dining room with a sofa and a new TV, a table and 4 chairs. The kitchen that opens to the dining-living room is modern and fully equipped, provided with all the cooking and dining utensils for a home cooked meal: an oven, a gas cooker and a fridge freezer. The bedroom has sound insulated windows facing the courtyard and a Queen sized bed with orthopaedic mattresses. The bathroom has a shower (with excellent pressure), bide and WC. On request two extra single bed can be added in the living room for other guest. There is also a courtyard at the back of the apartment with a very nice view. The apartment is provided with air conditioning, a TV set (Italian TV only), WIFI, a washing machine, a diswasher, an oven, a toaster, an iron and a hairdryer. Final cleaning 50€ has to be paid cash upon the check in. Check-in after 9pm 30€ Tourist tax not included(paid cash upon the check-in)  The size of the apartment is about 65 square metres.It is located in Dorsoduro area, near Piazzale Roma and the Santa Lucia (Venice railway station), the two access points in the city. The part of the town (Dorsoduro one of the six “quarters” of Venice) is very well known and loved by Venetians and Visitors alike both for its wealth of historical monuments and attractions and for the fact that it remains a genuine “lived-in” area of the city.The convenience of this area to the main entry-points to the city combined with its handy access to the hub of the Grand Canal (between Rialto and the Accademia), makes this area a strategic point for those who wish to experience an authentic taste of what Venetian life really is in the heart of this city. The apartment is close to Campo dei Carmini - part of the famous Santa Margherita area, much frequented by Venetians and young people thanks to its numerous Cafés and open-air restaurants and its genuine vitality.
