Just one row back from the seafront, our cosy seaside home provides immediate, convenient access to Deal's beaches and the town centre is a short walk away. Start your day with a refreshing dip or settle on the pebbles with a morning coffee & watch the day begin. Styled with a modern botanical flair and with comfort in mind, this home is perfect for couples & families. When the french doors are open, you can hear the seagulls call & the waves break. There is a sea view from the back bedroom. The space The accommodation is a terraced property on a quiet street in the North end of Deal. The open plan living space has a contemporary feel with tones of greens, pinks and greys. There is free street parking outside. The kitchen is galley style with the bathroom at the back and a small pebbled courtyard. The kitchen is equipped with a hob and microwave for cooking. A good night's rest is almost guaranteed sleeping under goose feather down duvets. The bedroom configuration is 1 double and one twin room. There is space in the front bedroom for a travel cot. The twin bedroom has attractive black iron twin beds. Please note, it is a small room that fits snugly the beds, console table, bedside table and some hooks for hanging clothes. The staircase is a little narrow, so it might not be ideally suited for elderly guests (especially with the bathroom downstairs). No full bannister. The bathroom has been completely refitted in the last year and is now a contemporary space with a walk-in shower (no bath). We welcome dogs. Dog/s will need to be walked along our beautiful beach and streets for exercise. The outside area is completely enclosed and offers complete privacy. Guest access There is a key safe at the property. Other things to note We supply starter suppliers of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls & basic bathroom essentials; towels and bed linen are provided (bring own linen for the travel cot & beach towels). The bathroom is on the ground floor (with a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and a heated towel rail). The staircase is narrow. The kitchen has gas hobs, a dual Ninja airfryer and a steam cooker. No working oven. The dedicated workspace is not a private room due to the open plan configuration. Previous guests have worked happily at the Ercol table. There is fast fibre wifi, a 32 inch Freeview Play tv with channels being viewed via the apps like iPlayer. Netflix can be watched using your own account.
