Our vacation home is right on the historic Luther Trail, Jacobs Trail and European long-distance hiking trail. Quietly located, it is located outside the village of Seeburg in the picturesque Rösetal. In 3 - 5 minutes you can reach the beach on the Süßer See, a restaurant or the wine taverns in the northernmost wine-growing region of Germany. Enjoy nature with breakfast on the terrace. Hiking, running, cycling, surfing, sailing or just relaxing - you have the choice! The space Enjoy the luxury of our 35-square-meter vacation home in the middle of nature. A modern bathroom with shower, the toilet in the extra room, a combined living/sleeping room with a complete kitchenette, all of this is one of the amenities of unforgettable days in the Rösetal. The house has a large terrace to enjoy the morning sun at breakfast. For unforgettable barbecue evenings, you can use the barbecue hut behind the house! You arrive as strangers and leave as friends!
