Adjacent to the living-dining area is a bright double bedroom with a large closet and direct access to the garden. A bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath and window is also available. In the 32 m2 basement is another bedroom with two single beds (or double bed), a bunk bed, a desk, a large closet and to en-suite bathroom, with toilette, bidet, shower and washing machine, the two rooms are illuminated by tree generous light wells (lights up). In the basement is a secure garage with direct entrance to the apartment. There is also a numbered private parking space outside Internet wifi complete the home facilities. Heating is fully autonomous, guests may set their desired temperature. Guest access The large communal pool and solarium is for shared use and is very welcoming on sunny days. Pool open from June 1st to September 15th . Pets are welcome. We ask for an additional fee for extra cleaning of 12€ / pet x day with a maximum of 80€ / pet x stay. Baby are welcome for free: in case of need a crib is available at 25€ / stay. During the cold season heating cost is added at a forfeit rate of 15 € / day. Alternatively, at guest choice made at the check-in, the heating cost is based on gas consumption at a cost of 1,7€ per m3.
