In renovating the apartment, we tried to keep valuable details unchanged, such as the typical Genoese floor, the ceilings with frames, the interior doors and the original walls of the building (1930s) restored to view. The old and the new are in harmony, thanks to the amenities offered by Largo Doria, electric shutters, USB sockets, and wireless charging in the bedside lamps in each room, independent air conditioning, Wi-Fi, 200mb fiber, 70" TV connected to the internet and LED lights throughout the house, including kitchen cabinets. ---Kitchen--- The kitchen includes, in addition to the induction cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, "Nespresso" coffee machine with capsules included, cutlery, pots, dishes and everything you need for cooking are at your disposal (kitchen towels included). ---Bathroom--- The apartment also has everything you need for laundry, a washing machine (detergents included), an indoor drying rack and the possibility to hang outdoors, clothespins, ironing board and iron. Bed linen and bath linen are provided by us. In the bathroom you will find shampoo and body wash dispensers, a non-slip shower tray, a hairdryer, cotton pads for makeup removal and toilet paper. Everything in the accommodation is at your disposal and designed to make your stay and that of future guests comfortable, so respect and take care of it. --- Good habits and tips --- In detail, we make some recommendations: Use water but don't waste it. Air conditioning is at your disposal in every area of the house, the two sleeping areas and the living area, each with an independent thermostat, be sure to turn it off when you are not using it or when you open the windows. In respect of the environment, please be careful to separate and properly dispose of waste. Upon arrival, you will receive the keys for waste disposal, in case they are lost the cost of the keys (€15) will be deducted from the deposit. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house, in all rooms, as there is a smoke detector. Before checking out, tidy up and wash the dishes and the kitchen. Some tips for a great stay: Parking is available in a private garage about 200 meters away on foot. Parking is available on the street, both for a fee and free of charge. We remind you to pay attention to street washing days. Guest access The apartment is granted entirely to guests, all guests are required to present themselves with a valid document in order to properly prepare the formalities required by law. From April 1 to October 31, the tourist tax is in force for each guest over the age of 12, in the amount of €1.5 per person for a maximum of 5 nights. This amount must be collected personally, by paying the exact amount in cash, and the corresponding receipt will be issued at the same time.
