A large dining area welcomes families or large groups and has great views out to the Bay. An efficient reverse cycle heating and cooling system makes this open area a pleasure to be in. There is one queen sized bedroom downstairs. Directly opposite is a vanity area, toilet, bathroom with separate shower and is friendly for the elderly. Upstairs there are three queen sized bedrooms that are serviced by the second bathroom, toilet and powder room. The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed with views over the bay and has private access to the bathroom via the walk-in robe. Bedroom two has a queen bed, a double bunk and a portacot. Bedroom three has a double bunk and two comfortable single beds that can be converted into a king size bed. All bedrooms have built in robes. The separate lounge room is generous and has access onto a balcony. It has a large TV and a variety of DVD's ready for those relaxing evenings or if you need some quiet space. This room has doors if needed for privacy, with a sofa bed available that can be set up upon request. Effectively can sleep up to 14. Upstairs there is ducted reverse-cycle heating and cooling for year round comfort. There are well made child safety gates top and bottom of the staircase. A large double garage at the rear of the home allows direct access into the hallway. There is off street parking on the double driveway and room to back your boat onto the lawn. Guest access The whole home is yours! Other things to note We have a strict no pet policy. Strictly no smoking inside. There are some beach towels available for use stored in the laundry cupboard. There are two kayaks and some life jackets available for use with the property.
