Plus 2 x 3 seater lounges and sofa bed at the other end. There is a modern bathroom, equipped with shower, toilet, vanity, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Internet: Free Internet Access - WIFI Washing machine and dryer is available as European style in the kitchen, there is no laundry tub. Please note there is a fenced off granny flat to one side of the backyard. This is our own personal space and at times we may be there with our family. This has a separate entrance from the house, so you have exclusive use of the entire house, pool and backyard. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, inclusive of the house, backyard and pool. Other things to note •Our dining table seats 8 comfortably, and can be extended to accommodate 10 with cozy placements. .There is a security camera located at the front of the house which is turned off when guests are staying. •The laundry is European style and includes a front load washing machine and dryer and is without a laundry tub. Shopping Nearest shops are at Woolooware, which is an 8 minute walk where you will find a general store, grocery store, chemist and bakery to name a few. We normally go to Cronulla Mall which is about a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive as there is a larger range of shops and three supermarkets, two IGA stores and a Woolworths, as well as cafes, restaurants, cinema, post office, dry cleaner and several banks. Westfield Miranda is the largest shopping complex in the Southerland Shire, with a huge variety of stores and restaurants and is only a 12 minute drive away, just off the Kingsway in Miranda.
