Villa Oneiro is a charming holiday property, located very close to Kassiopi, just a step away from Kalamaki (Apraos) sandy beach, with large private pool and stunning sea views, which can accommodate a family or party of 8 people in four air-conditioned bedrooms. The villa nestles on the slop of a small hill overlooking the open sea and the Albanian coasts across, it is surrounded by an olive grove, in a quiet area off Kassiopi and it is set in two levels. The space Layout The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen, living room with dining area, one double and one twin bedroom, both with en-suite shower rooms. A utility room with washing machine and a guests' WC are also located on this part of the villa. French doors of both the bedrooms and the communal spaces open onto the sunny terraces and the pool. There is also available - on this level - a front roofed balcony, with the necessary furniture for reading your book by the pool or chill out with a drink and admire the open Ionian sea at the front. The interior staircase lands on the upper floor, which comprises of two twin bedrooms with en-suite showers and doors opening onto their own front balconies. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, really spacious and enjoy amazing sea views over the bay and the beach of Kalamaki (Apraos). If additional bed is required there is a folding bed available for use. Pool and Terraces The private kidney shape pool (8 X 4 m) is surrounded by sunny terraces and it can be accessed by Roman steps. A built in BBQ is available also at the rear of the pool, with a wooden pergola alongside and comfortable furniture for dining al fresco. Villa Oneiro is only a 5 minute drive from lively Kassiopi or Agios Spyridon Beach, close-by kids’ beloved Kalamaki sandy (with fine sand) beach, away from it all, but also so close to them all if needed.
