Diara, the colorful house with a terrace

My house, about 60 square meters, is located in the historic center of Vernazza, on the main road, a few steps from the marina, the sea, the train station, the paths. It’s colorful, cheerful, bright, cozy, well equipped. It has a pleasant terrace where you can eat, have an aperitif, relax, look from above Vernazza and the hills with vineyards. It’s on the fourth floor, the last of the building. Diara is a home where you are comfortable in all seasons. The space The living area is a large bright space where you will find the dining area, a well equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, satellite TV, dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery, cups and other useful things in the kitchen) a comfortable sofa bed. A large window opens onto the terrace where you can spend time: there are armchairs, chairs, tables and umbrellas. The sleeping area is a large room with a double bed, a wardrobe and a work space with a desk and shelves. The window overlooks a small courtyard. The bathroom is next to the bedroom. Wifi is available throughout the house. There are also steps inside the apartment. You will have two fans for hot days. My home is suitable for singles, couples and families The cost of the stay includes: - luggage transport - bed linen, towels - final cleaning and sanitation (in 5 steps according to Airbnb requirements) and availability for guests of basic cleaning kit. Extra cleaning, if required, is a separate cost. Tourist tax The tourist tax of 3 euro per person per night is applied for the first three nights of stay (children under 10 years are excluded). The tax is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on the spot.
