The villa features two bedrooms, which can comfortably host 6 guests. You may use additional beds and sofa beds to host up to 8 guests. We don't just rent out the villa but also provide assistance and services, including transportation and tours. Let us make your holidays comfortable. The space The swimming pool is for you to enjoy. There are a kitchen and a BBQ stove for you to cook anything you wish. Main bedroom: 1 King Bed (2 people) & 2 Single Beds (2 people) Second bedroom: 1 King Bed (2 people) & 1 Sofa Bed (1 person) There is 1 sofa bed (1 person) and 1 sofa in the living room. On the 1st floor, you will find a kitchen, living room, dining area, and a toilet with a shower. There are wall fans in these areas. You can watch YouTube, Thai TV channels, CNN International, BBC World News, Al Jazeera English, Bloomberg, and CCTV 4. Moreover, you can watch kids and entertainment channels such as Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, and many HBO-related channels. Plus, you can log in to your Netflix/Amazon Prime Video accounts. **Air conditioning is designed only for the living room area only, it is not for the living room + dining area + kitchen. Please do not leave the living room doors open while turning on the AC. Thank you** On the 2nd floor, you will find the main bedroom with a bathroom and a second bedroom with a bathroom. Each bathroom has a bathtub. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, a dressing table, a chair, and a hairdryer. There are 2 balconies with tables & chairs. **Please do not leave the doors to bedrooms open while the ACs are on** On the 3rd floor, you will find a terrace area with a table with chairs and you can view the Ao Nang area + the mountain. Please always lock the door when you are back inside.  A room next to the swimming pool has a small toilet, a shower, a washing machine, and charcoal for BBQ. You can keep your pool floats here! You can park your car inside the villa or at the hotel parking opposite the villa at no additional charge. EXPERIENCE AUTHENTIC THAI HOSPITALITY! Donation Campaign We use a portion of our Airbnb earnings to donate 1-2 bikes to less-fortunate students in the surrounding area of our place every year (typically on Children's Day in Thailand, the second Saturday in January). We choose to donate a bike to encourage environmentally sustainable, money-saving, and exercise behaviors. We have donated hundreds of books and ten bicycles. Guest access Our fully furnished villa includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an internet router and Wi-Fi connection. We provide fresh bed linens, brown or blue beach towels for your use at the pool and beach, and white towels for baths. We also include two beach baskets with mats, some beach toys for kids, and complimentary drinking water, coffee, eggs, and fruit upon your arrival. We provide a free weekly cleaning service. You can request additional cleaning services from us; however, we kindly request that you let us know at least two days in advance. The additional cleaning service is charged at 600 baht per time and includes changing the bedding. Electricity and water are all included in this price for a stay of less than 28 nights. For stays of more than 27 nights or when you receive a monthly discount on Airbnb, electricity will be charged at 6 baht per unit. Water will be charged 10 baht per unit. Weekly cleaning service is still included. The electricity bill for this villa is 4,000–6,000 baht per month. However, it could be up to 10,000 baht per month, depending on your usage. Please note that if you would like a special offer for custom dates (a week & more), we will send you the offer that does not include electricity and water fees. Feel free to contact us for a monthly rate if you would like to stay for more than one month. Other things to note Please let us know before the check-in date if you would like to request a baby cot (weight limit: 15 Kg) or a high chair, no additional charge is required. If you would like to book a tour with us, please reserve before 8 p.m. and be on time when getting picked up in front of the villa. The pool man cleans the pool every Tuesday and Friday from about 10.40 a.m. to 12 (noon) or earlier. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan on having an extra guest stay with you and pay an additional fee of 300 baht per person per night. This helps cover the cost of extra bedding, towels, laundry, supplies, and facility use. Please be aware that the sun is behind the mountains for most of the day in December and January. While the sun is hidden behind the mountain at the villa, this provides an opportunity to visit Ao Nang Beach or take a longtail boat to Railay Beach.
