Villa by the Marina, with views & exclusive pool

A stunning villa with private pool on a south facing plot, overlooking Albufeira Marina and the ocean. Your accommodation is on the first floor of the villa which is at street leval. You have sole access to the pool and surrounding area. The villa has 2 double bedrooms, 1 with en suite plus a separate bathroom. It has a compact kitchen, dinning /living space leading onto the outside terrace with seating area. Walking distance 5 min to the Marina & shops, a 15 min walk into Albufeira Old Town. The space A mature garden leads to the entrance of the villa which is on the first floor. All your rooms are located on this leval. Both bedrooms have a television. From the lounge /kichen area, patio doors lead to an outside covered gazebo area, ideal for relaxing in the shade. Outside steps lead to the pool where there's also a seating area, perfect for alfresco dining. The pool is south facing, and overlooks the Marina, as well as other villas. Here you'll also find the BBQ and the sunbed area. Guest access The villa is set on a private plot, all amenities and areas are for guest use. The lower leval of the villa is not for guests use but is not occupied. Other things to note The villa sleeps 4 people and the owner only accepts bookings from family groups and responsible adults. We do not accept bookings from single sex groups or groups under the age of 30. We regret to inform that the property is not wheelchair friendly, or suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. The property has a stairs leading down to the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times. Pool depth is between 1.5 and 2.6 meters with steps to the water. The pool is regularly cleaned and maintained. Pool towels can be provided on request. Albufeira itself is generally very hilly. Many streets in and near the old town are made up of rough paving and / or steps. There is an automatic elevator (lift) to the beach at our end, usually available from Easter to the end of September. Please consider this if any of your party has mobility problems. Taxis, Tuk-tuks and Ubers are however readily available, a phone call away. Registration Details 23238/Al
