The space Thanks to its private pool, beautiful surroundings, sophisticated design perfect for a honeymoon couple or a small family, Villa Eva is second to none: relax in the fully air-conditioned interiors, dive by the pool, sunbath on the comfortable sunbeds provided with the sound of the cicadas in the background. This will be an unparalleled holiday experience, second to none! Inside, Villa Eva is set to impress. Nothing has been left to the case and everything has been purposely designed and chosen. From the color of the shutters to the top quality linen, from the lighting to the toiletries, all has been selected to surprise even the most demanding guests. Entrance via the poolside footpath through the lush garden leads onto the spacious lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area. There is a comfortable double sofa-bed, a smart TV (55”), high speed wi-fi internet, as well as a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (made in Italy by the famous Stosa brand). A skylight just above the kitchen area provides the unique experience to cook and dine while admiring the olive trees and the sky above. An wooden-framed arch leads to the double bedroom, with top quality bedding and mattress. The color scheme is perfect for a summer feeling and ensures maximum relaxation. The bedroom has its own large shower room and wardrobe. For the comfort of the guests all the rooms are air-conditioned and all the windows are fitted with mosquito screens. Outside, Villa Eva offers to its guests more than 400sqm of grounds with flowers, olive trees and hedges providing extra privacy for the guests. As per the interiors, also outside great care has been given to the choice of elements, stones and accessories. The extensive paved terraces, beautifully lit at night, house a generously sized private pool with Roman steps into it (the pool measures 6m x 3m, depth is 1.4m). This is the perfect space to relax under the warm Corfiot sun while enjoying the views of the sea in the distance: a true little heaven on Earth! 4 comfortable sunbeds, together with shades, are provided and pool towels are also available for the guests. For the lovers of al-fresco digning, Villa Eva is equipped with a brick-built barbecue for delicious meals as well as a large dining table under the shade of the tall trees, in the upper part of the gardens. Private parking for 2 cars is provided. IMPORTANT INFO: the property is reached from the private parking area via a footpath of around 70m (therefore is not advised for guests with reduced mobility). Other things to note On the 15th of December 2023, the Greek Government introduced a new tax on holiday rentals with the aim to fight the climate emergency. The new “climate resilience tax” bacame effective in 2024 and will be consequently increased from 1st of January 2025 to the foreseen amount of 2 euros per property per night for studios and apartments and 15 euros per property per night for villas and large holiday homes (details are still under review, and official figure for each specific property will be added to the pre arrival info for all our guests). Therefore, for example, a stay of 7 nights in a villa during 2025 summer (non depending on the number of guests staying) will have a total climate resilience tax of euros 105. For all the existing and future reservations, the amount will be payable locally on arrival. Despite being this a sudden decision, which caused a considerable surprise in ourselves, we are therefore obliged to comply with the new regulation informing all our present and future guests of this extra charge.
