The terrace features a table for 8 people, a relaxation area with sun loungers, a service area with a barbecue, and an enclosed veranda with a laundry area, washing machine, and a second kitchen. The terrace is perfect for enjoying an aperitif while surrounded by a breathtaking sunset and sea view. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people, making it ideal for 4 adults or a family with children: 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds. A Baby Kit with an additional travel cot is available upon request. Bed linens and towels are provided for all guests, along with final cleaning and sanitation. Guests are only required to leave the dishes and the barbecue clean, if used. All apartment services are included, such as utilities, consumption, and equipment, including an iron and ironing board. Consumables (e.g., shower gel, dishwasher soap, spices, coffee, etc.) are provided free of charge for the first few days, after which guests will need to restock if necessary. Between stays, we strictly adhere to our advanced 5-step cleaning process, based on the Airbnb cleaning manual. The cleaning staff personally follows this advanced process: • Sanitizes all high-touch surfaces, including every handle. • Uses cleaning and disinfecting products approved by global health agencies and wears protective equipment to prevent cross-contamination. • Follows detailed checklists to thoroughly clean each room. Guest access The apartment is located on a high floor with an elevator; only 3 steps are required to reach the landing where the elevator is located, with a maximum capacity of three people.
