Our peaceful and comfortable home sleeps 6 and offers ample living space and a spacious garden. A 10-minute stroll brings you to the beautiful beaches and clear waters of Geographe Bay, while a 5-minute drive takes you to the heart of Busselton, with its iconic jetty, diverse shops, and numerous amenities. The attractions of Dunsborough, Yallingup, and Margaret River—stunning caves, spectacular beaches, and indulgent wineries—are all an easy 30-40 minute drive away. The space Living Areas: The open-plan main living area is newly decorated and comfortably furnished, featuring: Kitchen: Well-stocked with a microwave, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and a full set of cooking and baking utensils. Dining Table: Seats six comfortably with ample plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, and plastic sets for convenience. Seating Area: Includes two sofas, atmospheric lighting, a Bluetooth-enabled music system, and a selection of books and board games. Enjoy a relaxing evening with a good bottle of local wine! The second living area includes: Entertainment Setup: A 50” smart TV, DVD player (bring your favorites), and two cozy sofas. Perfect for kids' playtime or family movie nights. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Master Bedroom: Spacious with a queen bed, seating area, walk-in robes, and an en-suite with shower, basin, and toilet. Second Bedroom: Furnished with a queen bed. Third Bedroom: Includes two single beds. Conveniently located near the newly-renovated family bathroom, which features a bath, shower, basin, and a separate toilet. Both bathrooms include heated towel rails and heat lights for comfort in cooler months. There is ducted AC throughout the whole home for year-round comfort. A travel cot, highchair are available (please bring your own cot linen). Laundry: The laundry is equipped with: Washing machine and dryer Iron and ironing board Pegs for the rotary clothesline outside All linen and bath towels are provided, along with basics like shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. Please bring your own beach towels. Outside: The alfresco area features: BBQ: Gas BBQ with a dining table for 6-8 people. Garden: A large, enclosed, secure garden perfect for kids. Feel free to help yourself to seasonal lemons, rosemary, thyme, and mint. Other things to note Nature & Pest Disclaimer: Our property is regularly cleaned and professionally treated for pests once a year; however, as we are located in Australia—a country well known for its insects and critters—occasional encounters may occur. Small creatures such as flies, moths, ants, spiders, or the occasional cockroach may sometimes find their way inside, particularly near door tracks or windows. In warmer seasons, you may also encounter mosquitoes and midgies, especially in the evenings. Unfortunately, these insects are part of the natural environment, and there is nothing we can personally do to prevent them. We recommend bringing insect repellent and keeping windows and doors closed whenever possible. While we take all reasonable measures to minimize insects, sightings—particularly in outdoor areas or entry points—may happen from time to time. This is a normal part of living in Australia and does not indicate a cleanliness issue. Refunds or discounts will not be provided for the presence of insects unless there is a severe, unresolved issue reported during your stay.
