THE PRIVACY This apartment is a CORNER rooftop with 150m of outdoor space with sofas, chairs, tables, sunshades. It is walled in the back and is not overlooked by any neighbors. Compare carefully with our competitors who have small outdoor spaces and neighbors above and either side. THE VIEW The panoramic sea view from Malaga to Gibraltar from Sunrise to Sunset greets you as soon as you open the door. BEACH FRONT Go down the steps through the community plaza and across the lower gardens, to find the gates that directly access the dune path and walk to the best beaches of the area. THE ROOM Sparkling white and soothing neutrals make this 36m2 room a tranquil haven. Entirely private, not overlooked by any neighbors. It's just you and the sea. THE CONNECT Snuggle in your cozy bed and watch Netflix on the LG smart TV. I giga fiber optic and a dedicated access point provides fast internet, many plugs conveniently placed to charge your devices. Use the indoor or outdoor tables to work on your laptop. Please do not book if you have mobility concerns, you might need to climb a flight or two of outdoor stairs. **🌄 STEPS & HILLS** This community has steps, uneven pavement, and hills—not a good fit for wheel chairs, walkers, or mobility scooters **🏡 PRIVATE TERRACE – JUST FOR YOU** Your amazing terrace is exclusively for the two guests in your booking—no visitors allowed. **🚗 PARKING** Community parking available—no reserved spaces. If it's full, free street parking is nearby. **🔨 OFF-SEASON MAINTENANCE** Neighbors may carry out repairs with some noise without prior notice between October and May—but always after 10 AM on weekdays. **🕰️ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT** ✔️ Check-in: Before 8 PM (no late-night arrivals) ✔️ Check-out: 10 AM (no luggage storage available) **🚭 NO SMOKING** No smoking indoors or outdoors. You can use them but please store them at night or in bad weather.
