Seconds to Semaphore Beach and walking distance to the Jetty & Semaphore Road with its abundance of cafes, shops, boutiques and pubs. Adelaide CBD is just 25 mins by car or train into Adelaide. The space Very spacious, arty and light-filled home with 3 distinct living areas inside inc. two large TV's and table tennis room. Contemporary kitchen and dining, quiet reading nook, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry. Outside - a huge 14 metre pool (please note, NOT heated), undercover outdoor seating, cubby house, and expansive green-lawned backyard. Whether you all want to be together - or for finding some quieter relaxing time alone - there is so much room. All you need for a great holiday. Sleeps 10 comfortably - but can accommodate more on comfy floor mattresses which can be laid out in the large carpeted games room and or second living area - on application. Secure parking on-site for additional cars/trailer/boat. Guest access The whole house is yours .. set on 1300 sq metres! Other things to note This house has a more formal living space and a number of casual socialising areas. For everyone's protection, we take a video of the entire home just prior to check-in as we are keen to be able to continue to offer future guests the same beautiful experience. This is a beautiful family home to be enjoyed, but is definitely not a party house. Please respect our neighbours and refrain from loud noises. Strictly no indoor smoking. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, with pots and pans, pizza plates and all you would need to whip up a storm, as well as a great stainless steel BBQ outside (please clean after use). Prior to your departure, please bag up rubbish as you go, recycle bottles etc and make sure your dishes are cleaned and that everything is in the general place that you found it on arrival. This helps keep our cleaning fee down. If dishes are left undone, an additional cleaning fee will be taken out of your security deposit. Only registered guests are to stay in the house overnight, unless a prior arrangement has been made with the owner to allow an extra guest to stay. Should a visitor end up unexpectedly staying overnight the owner should be advised after the fact. The extra guests charge of $30 per person per night will apply. We will meet you when you are ready to depart in order to collect keys and remote control, and it would be great to receive any feedback about your stay and any maintenance needs which you may have noticed.
