The space The Factory is a uniquely luxurious wing of an old dairy factory. It is fully self-contained with 3 separate bedrooms, full kitchen and living area. Outside there is a private courtyard for guests with a barbecue and spa pool affording views of snow-covered mountains all with the soothing sound of the surf over the road. Take a walk on the beach and see our friendly Hector's Dolphins or listen to the beautiful sounds of the many native birds in the garden. Guest access Guests will have access to the guest wing and private courtyard, as well as the rest of The Factory grounds. Fruit and vegetables grown in the gardens are available for guests and for children there is a wonderful treehouse and play area. Access to the beach is just over the road. Other things to note There is a heli-pad on site to pick you up or drop you off to many of the amazing tours available. We also have an Electric vehicle charger on site.
