Welcome to Abbey beach Oasis! A 1950's character home nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac on Geographe Bay Rd. With direct access to beach, it is perfect for 1-2 families. Outside pets are welcome with dog bowl, kennel and fenced yard for medium to large dogs. Fence has a couple small gaps under a couple panels that a small dog could potentially get under. 10min to Busselton/Dunsborough and on the doorstep of the famous Margaret River Wine Region with the best surfing/family beaches in Australia. The space Large living area and a smaller 2nd living area both equipped with SMART TV's. Seperate dining area and a lovely sun room equipped with two VERY comfy reading chairs. High Chair Desk and WIFI available. All bedrooms, living area and Kitchen have climate control ducted airconditioning. We have board games and Giant Jenga on those quiet days/nights in.
