The space The apartment is 100 m², has its own entrance and extends over the entire 1st floor of the listed house. The villa is in a unique location directly on the beach promenade in the seaside resort of Bansin. It was built in the Wilhelminian era in the style of spa architecture and has been carefully restored. It is family-owned and lovingly cared for. In every season, the spacious and stylishly furnished apartment with stunning views of the ocean offers pure relaxation. The decor underlines the special charm of the apartment and the unique location right on the beach. Guest access The entire upper floor of the villa is available for our guests. Other things to note The rental price is for 4 people. Each additional person pays €20 per night. Linens and towels are not included. Bed linen and towels cost €16 per person and must be booked separately. The car parking space costs €6 per day. The extra costs must be paid locally. A local spa tax must be paid on site. A spa tax is levied in Bansin. It is collected on site. In advance, we need the address and the names of the guests. A car parking space costs €6 per day. Please specify at the time of booking. We can offer one outdoor parking space or one space in the underground parking lot per apartment.
