The light-filled studio offers a cosy spot to unwind, with a beautifully styled queen bed dressed in quality linens. A kitchenette provides everything you need for your morning coffee and light meals, while air conditioning and a TV keep you comfortable throughout your stay. Step outside to the private outdoor area, where you can read a book, share a quiet drink beneath the umbrella or simply soak up the peaceful surroundings. Whether you’re exploring the area, planning a spontaneous overnight getaway or looking for an intimate retreat for two, The Palm Collective is a welcoming little hideaway full of character. This studio is part of a large original home subdivided into three units. Please note that other guests may be staying in the neighbouring studio and villa during your stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire house during your stay. Other things to note This property offers self-check-in. One set of keys is provided per booking. Access is provided via either a smart lock or a secure lockbox located on-site. Pet Policy: While we happily welcome small to medium furry friends with prior approval, please note the property is not fenced and does not have a backyard. Pets are welcome inside but must remain off all furniture at all times. The front timber patio can be used for your pet’s outdoor needs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and must provide their own bedding, food bowls, and supplies. Any damage caused by pets will be deducted from the bond. BBQs: Guests are welcome to use on-site BBQs where provided. All safety guidelines must be followed, including supervising children and ensuring the BBQ is turned off after use. BBQs must be cleaned thoroughly after use; failure to do so will incur additional cleaning charges. Any damage resulting from misuse will be billed to the guest. Noise & No-Party Policy: All properties are in residential areas with strict noise rules. Noise outside between 10 PM and 8 AM, parties, or large gatherings are prohibited. Violations may lead to eviction, bond forfeiture, and extra charges. Wifi Access: Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions. AirKeeper will provide troubleshooting assistance where possible but cannot be held liable for reception or signal issues beyond our control. Linen, Towels & Amenities: Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel; pool, lake, and beach towels are not provided. Extra towels or linen can be requested 7 days prior, possibly with a charge. A basic bathroom and kitchen starter pack is supplied, but guests should bring additional items as needed for their stay.
