My nice apartment has been just finished a few years ago and it is located in a quite residence, at short distance from the beach. It is located at the ground floor with a veranda just in front at the swimming pool. Inside, it is composed by a wide fully equipped kitchen and dining room/living room. Then a large comfortable double bedroom, another twin bedroom (convertable in double-bed) and a modern bathroom with maxi-shower/hydro Grill and private parking. The front porch overlooking the pool is equipped with a large umbrella, dining table and relaxation area. It is the ideal place to eat your meals outdoors and to relax on the comfortable sun loungers while sipping a cool drink or reading a good book. The second patio at the back of the property is equipped with a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Here there is also a second relaxation area with comfortable sofas to enjoy the sun or shade depending on the time of day. The beautiful shared swimming pool is for use by guests of the residence.
