We are delighted to welcome you to a new cottage, La villa des Cotis, in Normandy, in the heart of the landing beaches and its magnificent landscapes, for a relaxing and cultural stay. Upscale villa in an ideal location, thirty minutes from Caen and ten minutes from Bayeux, you will be charmed by our beautiful Bessin region. The space QUIET FAMILY HOME NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE The fishing port of Port-En-Bessin, located just two kilometers from the villa, is lively all year round. You can find all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay (shops – restaurants – delicatessens – souvenirs, etc.). Walks on the cliffs, on the quay, and on the sand at low tide will allow you to get a good breath of sea air. You will also be captivated by the cultural and sporting activities offered by this small fishing village: a visit to the auction (fish sale) and the shipyards, sea or shore fishing, hiking trails, golf, paragliding and many more. To relax, you will stay in a comfortable villa with a garden with a private heated pool (mid-April depending on outside temperatures - end of September) and a Jacuzzi heated to 36 degrees all year round. The villa has a garage and a residential part consisting of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor you will find: --A fully equipped and furnished kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob with built-in hood, wine cellar, microwave oven, and all the small SMEG appliances for a pleasant stay). To make your cooking easier, basic condiments will be at your disposal (oil, vinegar, pepper, salt, etc.). --One dining room, --A living room equipped with armchairs, a spacious sofa, a flat-screen TV (DTT and Netflix), and a desk with a computer, --A master bedroom with a dressing room and a shower room, --A toilet, Upstairs: --Two bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For added convenience, you will have a Wi-Fi connection and home automation that allows you to control some of the villa's amenities. We offer linen rental at a cost of €15 per person (beds made on arrival - towels and linen) to be paid upon arrival. We also provide some consumables (toilet paper, coffee pods, soap, paper towels, sugar, pepper, salt, oil, vinegar...) to help you out upon arrival. It is then up to you to replenish them according to your needs during the stay. There is a grocery store and a convenience store a few meters from the villa.
