Villa des Cotis - Heated pool and jacuzzi 36

We are delighted to welcome you to a new cottage, La villa des Cotis, in Normandy, in the heart of the landing beaches and its magnificent landscapes, for a relaxing and cultural stay. Upscale villa in an ideal location, thirty minutes from Caen and ten minutes from Bayeux, you will be charmed by our beautiful Bessin region. The space QUIET FAMILY HOME NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUTH GROUPS The fishing port of Port-En-Bessin, located just two kilometers from the villa, is lively all year round. You can find all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay (Shops – Restaurants – delicatessens – Souvenirs...). The walks on the cliffs, on the dock and the sand at low tide will allow you to take a breath of fresh sea air. You will also be won over by the cultural and sporting activities offered by this small fishing village; visit the fish auction (fish sale) and shipyards, sea or foot fishing, hiking trails, golf, paragliding and many more. To relax, you will stay in a comfortable villa with a garden with private and heated pool (mid-April depending on outdoor temperatures - end of September) and jacuzzi heated to 36 degrees all year round The villa has a garage and dwelling area consisting of a ground floor and 1st floor garage. On the ground floor you will find: --A equipped and furnished kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob with built-in hood, wine cellar, microwave oven and all the small SMEG appliance allowing a pleasant stay). To facilitate your kitchen sessions, a house floor will be at your disposal (oil, vinegar, pepper, salt...). --Dining room,----- - A living room equipped with armchairs, a spacious sofa, a flat screen TV (TNT and Netflix) and a desk with computer, -- A master bedroom including a dressing room and a shower room, - A toilet, Upstairs: --Two bedrooms and one bathroom equipped with shower and bath. For more comfort you will benefit from a wifi connection and home automation to order some of the amenities of the villa. We offer linen rental at a rate of €15 per person (beds made on arrival - towels and linen) to be paid upon arrival. We also provide some consumables (toilet paper, pods, soap, wipes, sugar, pepper, salt, oil, vinegar...) to help you out when you arrive. It's up to you to complete according to your needs during the stay. You have a grocer and convenience store just a few meters from the villa.
