Welcome to Storey Lake where you can take advantage of one of the closest drives to the Disney World Resorts (Less than 5 miles and can be reached in 8 minutes) and also adjacent to Universal Studios, Sea World, and all the other theme parks in the area. This 6 bed / 5 bath villa has everything you could want after a long day at the theme parks: A private pool and spa Lakeview with no rear facing neighbors 75" Widescreen TV (HBO, STARZ) Beautiful kitchen with oven, microwave, and refrigerator The space Property has 6 beds, 5 baths with loft area on upper floor and game room in garage. Guest access Home is short walk to clubhouse, which is free to guests to access. Parking is free and home comes with 3 parking spaces. The community also has street parking on first come first serve basis. Other things to note Pool and spa heating fees: $40 per night for the entire stay Heating will typically run on a timer from 7 am through 11 pm each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures (less than 60F), the pool may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Grill Access: There is a grill located on the pool patio area. The grill is free to use, however you are responsible for purchasing and/or refilling the propane tank for your stay. Please also scrape the grill once you are done using it.
