In Büsum, Haus Emmi is located very close to the beautiful North Sea beach. The 100 m² holiday home has a cosy living/dining room, a very well-equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and sauna, and a guest WC. It thus offers space for up to 6 + 1 people. The equipment also includes WLAN and a large flat-screen TV incl. Apple TV and PlayStation (no claim for replacement if the console/games are defective). The centre of Büsum with markets, shops and restaurants is only 1.4 km (16 minutes' walk or a 3-minute drive) from the holiday home. The Perlebucht family lagoon is a 7-minute walk away (550 m). Additional information: - Washing machine and dryer in separate utility room. - Laminate flooring and floor temperature control - room safe - Cleaning supplies, rubbish bags, dishwashing brush, kitchen roll, dishwashing tabs, liquid soap and toilet paper for the first few days are provided. - Electricity and gas costs will be charged to the guest on departure. - One well-behaved dog is allowed.
