The newly built vacation home offers 260 m² of space for families or groups of up to 18 people! Just minutes from the Stubai Glacier, it is located in the village yet in a quiet location. With its deliberately chosen division into private and common areas, the open atmosphere and the special interaction with nature, staying in Neustift is a very special experience for the whole family. Following the guiding principle, the vacation home was divided into several areas that promote community on the one hand, and offer peace and individual relaxation on the other. The split level construction, creates an open and welcoming atmosphere and lets the layout of the areas flow into each other. For the implementation, special attention was paid to maintaining neighboring distances in an innovative way. The roof was cut back accordingly and the pre-grayed facade envelops the project in a uniform dress.
