Lovingly restored and equipped with historic furniture. 3-minutes-walk to the sea with wide sandy beach. 30 minuts ride to BCN city center (urban railway). The house is located in the beautiful historic center of Premià de Mar, where you can find a lot of nice small shops and cafés among gorgeous Residences. The people in Premià de Mar appreciate a leisurely lifestyle. Nevertheless, the town lives by it's street cafes, boutiques in the nearby shopping street and the places where people meet and children play. In Premia de Mar you live among friendly locals and unaffected by tourism. Premia de Mar is directly conectet to Barcelona city center by urban railway. Trains reach Placa Catalunya in just 30 minutes. (2.50.- Euro p. P., trains leave all 10 minutes) A walk to the sandy beach will take you 3 minuts (300 meters). The beach is cleaned every morning, and the water is very clear. A small relaxing area gets you a pause in the shadow of palmtrees. From May to End of September, there usually is built up a nice little "Chiringuito" - a wooden beach bar where you can have snacks, icecream, coffee, drinks or even delicious sea food. At the landside of Premià de Mar you will find hills and forests with magnificent views over the wide coast to Barcelona. Discover historic villages, vineyards and unspoiled nature.
