With a fully enclosed garden featuring a trampoline, swings, and a treehouse, it’s ideal for families. Unwind on the wraparound verandah, enjoy alfresco dining, or cosy up by the wood heater after a day of adventure. The wraparound verandah is perfect for soaking up the surroundings, with an inviting hanging chair, comfortable seating, and a wine barrel table for relaxed afternoons. The front deck overlooks a beautiful foreshore park, providing a peaceful outlook just steps from the beach. In the fully enclosed backyard, kids can play freely on the trampoline, swings, and treehouse while parents unwind in the garden. Inside, the open-plan living and dining area is bright and stylish, featuring a large wooden table, a plush lounge, and a flat-screen TV. A wood heater ensures warmth on cooler nights, while reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year-round. The well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and a Nespresso pod coffee machine to start the morning right. Air conditioning in the main living area and three of the bedrooms ensures year-round comfort, while ceiling fans provide a cooling breeze. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and DVD player, while the second king bedroom provides another restful retreat. A third bedroom offers a queen bed and TV, and the fourth is ideal for children with two single beds. Two bathrooms, including one with a bathtub, add extra convenience. Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
