It has a private garden with furniture and a masonry barbecue. It consists, on the ground floor, of an equipped kitchen (electric stove, range hood, multifunction microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine) and a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm. Upstairs is a living room (sofa, dresser, wardrobe, TNT TV) with a sleeping area (160 cm bed) and a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating and wired and Wi-Fi internet access (fiber up to 1 Gbit/s). Sheets and towels are provided. Guest access The entrance to the 2-room apartment is independent. There is a private garden for the T2. Other things to note The rental is a 10-minute walk from the shops in the center of Lattes and a tram stop connecting Lattes to Montpellier. Three hypermarkets open until 9pm are between 2 and 5 km from the T2. You can also walk or bike along the banks of the Lez towards Montpellier or towards the Méjean pond (protected natural site), Palavas and the beaches.
