It consists, on the ground floor, of an equipped kitchen (electric plates, hood, multifunction microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine) and a room with 2 beds of 90cm. Upstairs is a living room (sofa, dresser, wardrobe, TNT TV) with a sleeping area (160 cm bed) and a shower room with WC, sink and shower. Apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating and access to wired internet and wifi (fiber up to 1bit/s). Bed linens and towels are provided. Guest access The entrance to T2 is independent. There is a private garden for the T2. Other things to note The rental is a 10-minute walk from the shops in the center of Lattes and a tram stop connecting Lattes to Montpellier. Three hypermarkets open until 9pm are located between 2 and 5 km from T2. You can also take walks or bike rides on the banks of Lez to Montpellier or to the Méjean pond (protected natural site) , Palavas and the beaches.
