Why not enjoy a coffee in the morning using our Nespresso machine, or a wine in the evening, overlooking gorgeous views towards the beach and over the greenery of the reserve. The bedrooms are stylishly decorated, each with a super comfortable king or queen sized bed, and built in robes. Picky with your pillows? We supply 4 on each bed (2 density types), with spare pillow varieties in the wardrobe so you can select your perfect comfort level. The large contemporary bathroom has everything you need, featuring a walk in shower, bath, toilet and laundry all in one. There is one large plush Bath sheet and one beach/pool towel supplied per guest. So you can travel light, we also supply body wash, hand soap, hotel size shampoo/conditioner and a hairdryer. For extra pampering, feel free to enjoy the facilities of this luxury resort-style building with access to the internal gym, pool and sauna facilities included in your stay. The line-up of pine trees, buzzing esplanades, Colley Reserve, Glenelg beach and the yachts and boardwalks of Holdfast Marina, make up the fantastic atmosphere surrounding the apartment. Indulge in the fun mania of the Beach House, or keep it couples' only with dinner on the Marina, a stroll along the beach at sunset, or a wander down Jetty Road for an array of restaurants, bars, boutiques, and groceries. We do provide linen, towels and beach towels, along with a starter consumables pack which includes a small amount of tea, coffee, coffee pods, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap & toilet paper. Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional consumable items during your stay. For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you when this is due to occur Please ensure you list the correct amount of persons in your booking requests because this also ensures you get enough linen included for each guest. The car park entrance is located behind the building, accessible only via Durham street from the Anzac Highway side (as it's a one way street), however you need to go to the front of the building to collect the key fob first before you will be able to access the secure park. There is strictly no smoking (including on balconies) and no parties allowed at this property. A Portacot is supplied free of charge (please note, no bedding or linen is supplied for cot). ******************************************************** Please note: For a secure and seamless stay, all guests are required to complete a short verification process after booking.
