Pine Cottage

Beautiful cottage on the edge of Peak District & only 6 miles from to Alton Towers. Pine Cottage is part of Broadhurst Farm Holiday Cottages, a group of 4 cottages set in a beautiful courtyard down a private drive. Children can play safely in our play area and interact with the pets on our farm. There are walks from the doorstep and the Manifold Cycle Trail is just down the road. For cyclists we have a lockable bike shed. There is a shop, pub and takeaway within walking distance in Waterhouses. The space Pine cottage sleeps 12 people in four rooms. Bedroom 1 (downstairs) is a double with en suite Bedroom 2 is a double Bedroom 3 sleeps 4 with a double bed and bunk beds Bedroom 4 sleeps 4 with twin beds and bunk beds and also has an en suite. There is also a separate bathroom upstairs. The cottage has it's own private patio with a hot tub that can be hired at a cost of £70 for 2 nights £80 for 3 nights £90 for 4 nights £100 for 5 nights £110 for 6 nights £120 for a week We are dog lovers ourselves and welcome well behaved dogs. We have an enclosed area for exercise or guests are free to walk their dogs in our fields. There are many walks from the doorstep. Please note that whilst we provide all bed linen, we do not provide towels. Guest access Guests are free to use the play area, pet area and any fields which are not being grazed by out horses. However the farm buildings are out of bounds. They contain farm machinery which is dangerous. Other things to note Please note that whilst we provide all bed linen, we do not provide towels. Towels can be hired if necessary at a cost of £3 per set.
