The space This 4 - bedroom apartment with a size of 90sqm can accommodate up to 9 people. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Paid public parking is available directly in front of the door. The bright and interior designed apartment has a spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV, one comfortable sleeping couch as well as a large kitchen and a cozy dining area. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower with a rain shower head. Furthermore you will find three separate bedrooms. There are also some bars and restaurants nearby. Towels and bedding are included in the price. Baby cots are available upon request. Guest access The apartment is all to yourself. Before your arrival you will receive an invitation for our online check-in. After the execution you will receive your personal door code, with which you can enter your apartment, on the day of your arrival from 3 pm, without personal interaction. Other things to note To make your arrival as easy as possible, we will send you a link for your online check-in three days before your arrival. After completing the online check-in, you will receive your personal door code for the apartment and other important information. We will also ask you for a damage deposit of between 150.00€ and 400.00€, depending on the size of the apartment. The deposit will be reserved in your Pay Pal account or on your credit card, but will not be debited and will be released approximately 24 hours after a damage free check-out.

This tax is not included in the total price and will be collected separately during the online check-in.
