This is a lovely historic Country Mill House dating back to the 1750's. Full of charm & warmth with 4.5 acre gardens & many mature trees. 8 large bedrooms sleeping max 20 people. There is a Library with secret doors ideal for a Murder/Mystery Weekend. Large Conservatory kitchen & separate large Laundry/coat/boot room. Bedlinen & towels all provided, lots of DVD's, games, jigsaws & books available for use. 2 large Drawing Rooms a with grand piano. Pool table next to bar and football table too. The space The Veranda is a very special place to sit in the morning sun in peace and listen to the birdsong, or enjoy an relaxing evening with the candles lit. There is also a Pool Table off the library bar and a sturdy. table football in another room . Guest access The directions to the property are from the no 52 The Gate Lodge on Balnamore Road follow the long lane up to Harmony Hill Country House. Google maps has a glitch and brings you a different route that we cannot change. Other things to note There is also an indoor football table. Definitely no parties or events Please note : We do have neighbours living close by so we ask that there is no noise in the Courtyard after 9 pm in the evening and also that there is no noise after 11pm inside or outside that would disturb neighbours. Children should be kept under supervision please. The grand piano is also very special and we ask that children who can’t play piano do not touch it, thankyou.
