La Franqui Apt – Terrace – Greenery and Sea View

200 m walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Located on a very quiet street (second line), with a small sea view and high up on the side of a cliff. Your apartment is located in a house on the ground floor, it is air-conditioned and/or ventilated. It has a private terrace in the shade of pine trees and was completely renovated in 2024. It includes 2 bedrooms, a living room-kitchen, a bathroom with shower. The apartment is nice, comfortable and well-equipped. It has been classified *** by Gites de France. The space In the summer season, we rent the apartment by the week and from Saturday to Saturday. The duration is 1 or 2 days minimum the rest of the year except for periods including holidays and/or special events (World Wind for example). - Sleeping arrangements: During the summer season (July and August) guests must provide their own sheets (2 beds in 140 + 1 sofa bed), pillowcases (50 x 70) and towels. Otherwise, we can provide you with sheets and towels for a fixed price of €20 per bed (or €40 in total if there are 4 of you) for the duration of your stay. These fees will be paid upon check-in. Linen will be provided free of charge during other periods of the year. - Cleaning fee: We do not charge a default fee. Here is a brief presentation of our way of working which, a priori, is appreciated...: . First solution: you prefer that we do the cleaning: a check for €60 must be given upon arrival for a stay of more than 2 nights, €25 otherwise!!! Please let us know when you book for our organization. . Second possibility (the most common so far): you leave us a deposit check for the same amount upon arrival and it will be returned to you or destroyed after your departure IF THE APARTMENT IS LEFT EXACTLY IN THE SAME STATE OF CLEANLINESS AND STORAGE as the one in which you found it on arrival... ;-). It will of course be cashed otherwise. - Clothesline available in the garden NB1: During the summer period, we prefer weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. However, depending on the stays of our families, there may be other possibilities... Please don't hesitate to ask us... NB2: !!! The sofa in the living room is not intended to accommodate additional guests (maximum 4 in the apartment): this could only be done following a request that we will accept... or not... depending on the circumstances.
