Up on The Olive's Hill the perfect place to relax. The house is surrounded by nature. Olive trees, maritime pine, cycas, fig and a huge garden will give you a unique sense of peace. Wherever you look the lake is exactly in front of you. Round the back of the building you get a remarkable view of an amazing ancient Roman's Monastery. The house is in an excellent position and the wind can always cuddle you. Very close to the centre of Desenzano and to every kind of comfort you need. The space The house have a parking exactly in front of the garden gate. You will have your private one. There's a tiny path made of stone that could guide you inside the house but I suggest to walk on the smooth grass. Outside you will have your part of garden and a roomy private veranda where you can eat with your friends and make the perfect BBQ. Inside an open space welcomes you. A big window allows the sun shine. There are two double bedrooms where you can rest after a wonderful day spent around. Each room has its private toilet. Guest access The whole garden around the house is in common with other very respectful families. Outside the house there is also a storage room for the bikes or other stuff you don't want to have inside the house. At the beginning of the Residence there is a huge swimming pool (open between the 1st of June till the end of August) where you can stay with other people and have a great time. Everyone will be very kind and gentle. Other things to note If you have animals please take care of them and keep clean the garden.
