From April to October, the room where we stay the most is the garden, with its large central pool, summer kitchen and shaded terrace. Located on an old olive grove, the garden is composed mainly of a dozen olive trees and different types of palm trees, providing a precious shade in summer. The garden is pleasantly private beach and directly overlooks the pool, which is equipped with a large submerged bench, ideal for relaxation and idleness. Nestled high, 300 meters above sea level, this typical house in Nice enjoys ideal sunshine, from morning to evening. The property is located in a residential area, quiet is located two minutes from a small shopping center (supermarket, bakery, doctors, garages ...), 5 minutes from the villages of La Gaude and St Jeannet and less than 20 minutes. minutes from Nice Côte d'Azur airport, the sea and beaches, as well as other tourist places such as St Paul, Vence, Tourettes sur Loup, Les Baous, Marineland or Cap 3000 for shopping. Other things to note The swimming pool is open from April to the end of October and therefore closed from November to the end of March.
