Take a boat trip to the iconic island of Capri, or take it easy with a morning by the pool before making a light lunch in a traditional “Vietri” style ceramic kitchen. Our Beautiful Two Bedroom Villa with swimming pool is located 50 feet from La Praia beach and has access to restaurants, beaches, nightclubs, boats, taxi's, parking lot and lots of fun. The space Villa Michelina, situated on the Praiano's beach of Marina di Praia, was built in the early twentieth century. It is suited to all types of vacationers due to its proximity to the beach and the many bars and restaurants offering excellent fresh fish-based dishes within walking distance. The villa offers: two double bedrooms (and an extra bed upon request) for 5 guests max. There are three bathrooms (one with tub and the other two with showers), a washing machine next to the pool, one living room with a smart TV (including Netflix), one large kitchen with fire place, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, dish washing machine and many other small utilities, a swimming pool with external shower and three terraces, one with beautiful sea view, another with walled barbecue. All outdoor areas are equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. There is a large garden with palm and fruit trees. Parking is available (for a fee) directly across from the villa. The bus stop for Sorrento and the other small towns of the Amalfi Coast is a few meters from the house. During the summer season boats are leaving every day for Capri or other small places along the coast. The owners speak English well, and they will help you whenever they can. Guests will have access to everything in the villa, swimming pool, laundry service, fiber optic wi-fi internet, smart TV, delivery to the supermarket, and restaurants all located just seconds from the villa. Private parking available at special rate. We will be at the villa to greet you! Michelina speaks English very well and her daughter in-law is American making it easy to answer all your questions! There are 6 restaurants walking distance from the Villa including the Famous Africana Club. The supermarket will deliver to our guests up for free. The Sita bus stop is walking distance from the Villa. The parking lot is in front of the Villa. Taxi services are available upon request. Excursions to Capri and surrounding towns can be booked directly with us. Our Villa is available from Saturday to Saturday. Please note the following extra costs to be paid to owner directly in EURO's if needed: -Parking (per week if needed)- 250euro (*special price*) for a compact car. -Fiber optic Wi-fi - 45Euro per week -City Tax 2.50 per person per night -Crib: 100.00 Euro Safety Deposit (refundable) 250.00Euro Please note if you are staying LESS than a week (during the low season) the extra costs are still the same (with exception to parking).
