Cozy and welcoming accommodation on Amboise

Our accommodation is cozy and warm, access is independent via an external staircase and the environment is quiet and relaxing. There are exposed beams and a step to access both rooms (not accessible to people with disabilities). It is equipped (toaster, kettle, microwave, stove, fridge). There is a dining area, everything is provided: dishes, cutlery, there is tea and coffee, but there is no fitted kitchen Access to Wi-Fi and TV. The space Rental open to all, comfortable and modern. You can go for walks, the Amboise forest is 300 m away. We are located on the Loire Castle Route (Chaumont, Chambord, Chenonceaux, Le Clos Lucé (Leonardo da Vinci's house) 10 min from the city center, and on the Loire Wine Route Guest access Guests have access to the upstairs of the house, the garden and terrace, parking in the courtyard. Check-out is scheduled for 10 a.m. Other things to note There are shops 3 km away and two hypermarkets. In the city there is a theater, cinema, restaurants and souvenir shops. There is a wine cellar (on the castle square) that showcases the wines of the region. It's very touristy, there are many objectives in the nearby area.
