Apartment My time out in green The space Close to Göstling an der Ybbs in St. Georgen am Reith is the newly built vacation home "Meine Auszeit" The apartments are inviting and tastefully furnished. On 85 m² you can enjoy "your time out" in a sunny and quiet location. The modern kitchen on the first floor includes an electric stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, all dishes and cleaning agents. The dining area and living area offer a homely atmosphere with satellite TV. A large sliding door leads to the sunny terrace. Next to the wardrobe there is also a toilet. A storage room with ski boot dryer offers space for skis, bicycles and more. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with double bed and sofa bed, as well as a spacious bathroom with toilet. Bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are provided for you. Your car will also find space in a carport. The vacation home is located on the bank of the Ybbs river. A staircase leads directly to the water. The apartments are the ideal base for your vacation in the Ybbs Valley Alps. Located on the bike path, you have the option to explore the valley in both directions. In the bike path room opposite, you have the option to have breakfast or a cozy meal. Discover full life surrounded by the Ybbs Valley Alps. Enjoy your time out in "green" or "red"! The newly built vacation home in 2020 with 2 residential units with approx. 85 m² of living space, located directly on the Ybbs Valley cycle path, offers you the opportunity to optimally explore the valley in both directions. In summer, the surrounding alpine pastures or the interesting iron road towns invite you to explore. A very sunny terrace invites you to relax, and there is also a nice barbecue area at your disposal. Next door is a great playground where your children can have fun. The vacation home is located on the river bank of the Ybbs and thus offers a special cooling off in hot temperatures. Right across the street you have the option to have breakfast or a cozy meal in the "Radwegstüberl!" In winter, you can make your turns in the snow in at least three nearby ski resorts such as Hochkar, Ötscher and Königsberg. Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing complete the offer. During your stay in our "time out," you will leave a minimal ecological footprint, as most of the energy required can be generated by the in-house photovoltaic system.
