Linens, towels and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Private entrance with with alfresco table setting. Comrtfable Lounge with 50inch Smart TV. Free secure carpark for 1 vehicle. Access to cafes and great restaurants all easy flat walking distance to apartment. Bus Stop directly across the road for city loop (coming every 30 minutes) Guest access Entire apartment, including secure carpark for 1 car and free WIFI. Other things to note For a secure and seamless stay, all guests are required to complete a short verification process after booking. There is street parking out the front, but it is resctricted to 2 hour parking during certain times of the day. - Listing the correct amount of persons in your booking requests ensures you get enough linen included for each guest. - For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property.
