Capel Getaway is a delightful and freshly renovated 3 bedroom family home featuring an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with split system AC. This easy care family holiday home is located In a lovely family neighbourhood of Capel Sound. It will provide the perfect place to rest your head after the adventure packed days exploring Mornington Peninsula’s nearby wineries, cafes, several golf courses and stunning foreshore.. Only a 9 min drive to Peninsula Hot Springs. The space LOUNGE/DINING/KITCHEN As you enter the house you will find a tastefully decorated and bright living room with both a 3 and 2 seater couch which opens as a double pull out Sofabed, ceiling fan, TV, DVD player and soundsystem. The modern family kitchen is perfect for easily preparing family meals with a central breakfast bar seating 4 people and is fully equipped with gas stove, electric oven, coffee pod machine, pantry basics, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Also available is an extendable dining table for up to 8 people with a ceiling fan. BEDROOMS The 3 bedrooms consist of 1 x Q/B with ceiling fan, 1 x Q/B with ceiling fan and 2 x S/B with ceiling fan. All equipped with built in ropes and side draws. BATHROOM/LAUNDRY A fully tiled family bathroom has a shower, double vanity with cupboards and an enclosed toilet. The laundry offers a washing machine, clothes dryer, vanity, bench space with cupboards and there is also a separate toilet. OUTSIDE The large and fully enclosed backyard has plenty of space for children to play, a BBQ to cook a tasty meal and a relaxing outdoor seating for 8 people with an umbrella. There is an open double carport with additional driveway and ample front lawn for parking cars with trailers. ADDITIONAL EXTRAS Available for your use is an iron, small ironing board, hairdryer, cutley/plates, BBQ utensils and boardgames. Please ensure you return all parts back to their original state for the next guests to use. BEDDING/LINEN Bedding, towels and linen can be provided. We supply doonas, doona cover sets, pillows (with protectors), mattress protectors, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels. Guests will need to supply their own sheets, pillow cases and your own Beach Towels. Linen can be supplied on request at an extra charge of $20 QB and $10 SB. ADDITIONAL NOTES There is a minimum stay of 2 nights throughout the year, 4 nights at Easter and 5-7 nights during the Christmas Holidays.
