Le Pouffre, our 19th‑century fisherman’s house, is located in the picturesque artists’ district overlooking the port of Sète. Fully renovated, the house has been awarded a 3‑star rating by Meublé de France. We welcome you with everything you need to make you feel at home. - 2 bedrooms with double beds - Sheets and towels - Air conditioning - WiFi - Fitted kitchen - Walk‑in shower - Baby equipment - Impeccable cleanliness - 5‑min. walk to the town centre - 15‑min. walk to the beaches The space Le Pouffre accommodates 4 adults and a child or baby. - 50 m² of comfort: Our home is spread over three levels, full of charm and character, and fully equipped for your stay. Enjoy a view of Sète’s port from the bedroom on the second floor. - Two bedrooms: The rooms, on the first and second floors, each have a 140×190 cm double bed. Sheets and towels are provided. - Air conditioning: Stay cool with reversible wall air conditioning in every room. - High‑speed WiFi: Enjoy free high‑speed internet throughout the house. - Fitted kitchen: Senseo, filter and Italian coffee makers, kettle, toaster, microwave, plus tea, coffee, oil… everything you need for a convenient stay. - Bathroom: Toilet, walk‑in shower, sink, folding drying rack, and a window. - Entertainment: Smart TV, Chromecast, books, and games — everything for relaxation. - Baby equipment: Travel cot with mattress and sheets, and a high chair. We also rent a bright, modern apartment — Le Piade — with a clear view of Mont Saint Clair in Sète. It’s just a 10‑minute walk from the train station and town centre, and close to the beaches. Guest access Le Pouffre is in a residential area of central Sète. Located on Grande Rue Haute, this street was the first street built by fishermen from Naples who came to settle in Sète. - You can park for free in the streets around the house. - There’s a free parking area at Place de l’Hospitalet, 50 m from the house. - Another free car park is near the Paul Valéry Museum at the end of Grande Rue Haute. - You can also often find spaces on Chemin du Cimetière Marin at the same end of Grande Rue Haute. - If you prefer, there’s a paid car park at Les Halles car park. I’ll be there to welcome you and show you where you can park. When you arrive, you can stop in front of the house to unload your luggage. If you come by train, we’ll send directions — it’s under a 20‑minute walk, and there are buses that stop on Grande Rue Haute. Other things to note We’ll contact you the day before your arrival to arrange a time to hand over the keys. In general, check‑in is from 3 pm and check‑out is before 11 am If you’d like to arrive earlier or leave later, please get in touch — we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If you don’t know your arrival time or you’ll arrive after 8 pm, we have a key box for self‑check‑in. You’ll find the house clean on arrival. There is no cleaning service, but cleaning products are provided. We’d be grateful if you could leave the house tidy when you depart — no need for a deep clean :) We wish you a wonderful stay and hope you feel truly at home in our little house.
