Charming and spacious house, very bright, located in the Natural Park of Mondragó, just 5 minutes from the beach. This cozy house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large kitchen-dining room, a spacious living room, a private pool, terraces and a garden. The space The kitchen, very spacious and fully equipped, leads directly to the outdoor terrace where you can enjoy your meals under the porch. The bathrooms have a shower or bathtub, towels, and a hairdryer. Outside, you can enjoy the private pool, relax on the sun loungers or prepare a barbecue for a good summer dinner. About 5 minutes away are some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, with fine sand and turquoise waters, S'Amarador and Cala Mondragó. Just 5 kilometers away is the emblematic village of Santanyi with its traditional market and where you will find numerous shops, restaurants, bars... In the traditional fishing port of Cala Figuera, located about 2 kilometers away, you can enjoy a nice walk by the boats or a good dinner by the sea. Other things to note CLEANING: Cleaning has always been one of my top priorities, and from now on I will take special care to disinfect all contact surfaces.
