All the services and attractions of the village are within walking distance within a radius of 200 m around the house. The living room overlooks the village square and the 3 bedrooms overlook the courtyard (very quiet). The accommodation is equipped with central heating and has a very high-speed internet box (fiber) dedicated to the accommodation. 1st floor of 60 m²: - 30 m² living room, kitchen/living room with fridge and small freezer compartment, gas stove (4 burners and electric oven), microwave, table and chairs, sofa - Bedroom (zen) with double bed and large wall closet - Small living room with 2 armchairs, TV and desk - 1 bathroom with sink and shower - 1 separate toilet. 2nd floor of 60 m² attic: - 30 m² bedroom (pine) with 2 single beds, 1 desk, 1 dresser, 1 rack and 1 relaxation area with sofa (lower part of the room to cross to reach the 2nd bedroom), - 30 m² bedroom (wenge) with 2 single beds of 90 (which can be combined to form a bed of 180 - on request), 1 cot, 2 dressers, 1 rack and 1 relaxation area with sofa. Ground floor of 30 m²: boiler room, laundry room with washing machine, garage for bicycles or motorcycles. Several free parking spaces in front of the house. No land or balcony. Amenities/conditions: - An unlimited high-speed internet subscription (fiber) is entirely dedicated to the accommodation. - Baby equipment installed upon request: wooden crib with swaddle or duvet, wooden highchair, wooden playpen, bath ring, bathtub, potty, toilet booster, safety barrier for the stairs, dishes. - Rental including all charges (water, electricity, heating). - Household products and consumables available: sponges and dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee/tea, liquid soap, toilet paper. - Bed linens provided - Bath towels and tea towels are not provided. - No cleaning fee is charged. The accommodation must therefore be returned clean, with dishes washed and garbage pails emptied. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of €80 will be applied (€150 in case of excessive dirt).
