Guest access Guests will have exclusive and full access to the entire apartment. The access code will be provided during the check-in. In case we are not able to come meet you for the checkin, codes will be sent previously. Everything visible and accessible within the apartment, including the kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, is entirely at your disposal. We have a storage room, two minutes away from the apartment, where you can store your luggage in case of early arrivals or late departures. Other things to note Relevant Information: . Languages: We speak Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French. . Host Presence: The owners live in the neighbourhood. . Bedding: By default, the main bed will be prepared as a double bed. If you would like separate beds (twin configuration) or the sofa bed prepared, please inform us in advance. . While our street is generally quiet at night, we ask you to be considerate of the neighbours, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. Apartment Access The apartment is on the 1st floor (one floor above ground) with no elevator. Please keep this in mind if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage! Nonetheless, there are only ten steps up to the first floor. Electricity and Appliances Like most houses in Lisbon, our electrical panel has a power limit. We recommend you avoid using the heater/AC at the same time as the water heater (hot water) or the hairdryer and the kettle. If the power goes out, the main fuse box is located above the TV. Cleaning and Garbage Garbage collection (including recycling) is done in the street bins at the top of Rua da Fé (four minutes walking distance). We kindly ask that you leave the apartment reasonably tidy at check-out. Legal Requirements (SEF) According to Portuguese law, we are required to communicate the identification of all non-resident guests to the SEF (Immigration and Borders Service).
