The location is the best possible, close to bars, restaurants, nightclubs, supermarket, hairdresser, pharmacy and especially the beautiful beach. The street is quiet, with no exit, and ends in a sidewalk suitable for walking. We are at your disposal to give city tips, tour suggestions and are always present for key delivery and collection as well as to resolve any issues that may arise. Despite being the most fashionable area of the city, with everything nearby, the street is extremely quiet and peaceful. Buses run along the seafront to various points in the city. On the roof of the building, there is a beautiful swimming pool and a small fitness center. Other things to note The building is strictly residential, so we ask that the rules of the Condominium be followed, such as making use of the service elevator when wearing swimwear, carrying suitcases or purchases, not putting garbage in the hallway, waiting for the pickup times or placing it in the proper reservoirs in the basement.
