We personally welcome you to our chalets with a small gift of organic olive oil, wine and chocolates. The space In our new apartment-chalet, you can choose between an apartment for four guests (extra bed possible) and two apartments for two guests each (extra bed possible) with upscale Alpine-style amenities, which were designed once for four guests (with a 120 cm children's travel bed on request) and twice for two guests (with a 120 cm children's travel bed on request). We will gladly inform you about the possibility of accommodating additional guests on request. Would you like to arrive in a larger group? It's no problem: By opening a double connecting door, two apartments can be converted into a residential unit in no time, which in turn can be connected to the apartment on the upper floor by a common staircase. A carport with three parking spaces is located directly at the chalet. Each of the apartments has a balcony or terrace with a bench, where you can find the long-awaited peace and togetherness with a breathtaking panoramic view. All guests of the apartment chalet have a beautiful garden at their disposal for sunbathing, barbecuing and relaxing. Depending on whether you have chosen an apartment for two or four guests, you can retreat to two or one bedrooms. These are furnished with a double bed 180 x 200 cm without footboard. High-quality medium-hard mattresses and the finest Austrian bedding ensure your pleasant sleeping experience. If you wish, you can also enjoy the full range of cable TV in the bedroom. The kitchenette with a fridge and freezer, stove and oven, kettle, coffee maker, a selection of pots, pans, wine and water glasses, as well as porcelain dishes in a country house style allows you to optimally cater for yourself even over longer periods. A comfortable corner bench invites you to sit together for hours and a beautiful miniature tiled stove provides additional cozy warmth in winter in addition to underfloor heating. A comfortable couch and a modern flat-screen TV complement this area harmoniously and invite you to spend time together. The bathroom pampers you with a spacious shower cabin and a double or single sink. It is equipped with a hairdryer and toilet. In the apartment for four people you will find a second separate toilet. We have provided you with a hand towel and a bath towel, as well as shower gel, hair shampoo and body lotion for your initial needs. Depending on the unit, you can access a private terrace or balcony with stunning mountain views from the kitchen-living room, which are equipped with comfortable seating.
