The space This top floor air-conditioned space features an open plan living and dining area, with ocean views throughout. A private rooftop terrace with sun lounges. The fully equipped kitchen contains all your necessities to cook a storm and enjoy dinner in whilst you soak up those amazing ocean views over dinner. Enjoy sunset drinks and BBQ with friends on your own private rooftop terrace or soak up a quiet morning coffee on the deck. The complex also contains a pool. Master Bedroom: Features a Queen bed, ample wardrobe space and a private ensuite bathroom with bath, shower vanity and toilet. Ceiling fans Bedroom 2: Features a double bed with a single bunk on top Wall-mounted fan The main bathroom features a bath, shower and toilet. Downstairs you have access to the Seacrest pool and a private single lockup garage which can also store surfboards and bikes. Access to the penthouse unit is via a lift. The rooftop terrace is accessed via a set of stairs from the unit. It has a BBQ, several lounge chairs and incredible views of Moffat Beach! A private rooftop terrace is available for your exclusive use and overlooks the stunning Moffat Beach headland. A single lockup garage with parking for 1 vehicle as well as enough space to store a bike or two, or a surfboard. Other things to note *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a bond form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form. The single lockup garage has a 2m clearance. The garage is located on the very right hand side of the building and there is a sharp left hand turning circle to get into the garage. There is 1 guest parking space in the garage for the unit, 2 parking spaces for the complex along with ample on-street parking. We professionally & hygienically clean using medical grade disinfectant and strict cleaning protocols including all surfaces, light switches, handles & remotes etc. We use hotel quality linen via a professional linen service that adhere to the highest levels of Australian chemical & heat sanitisation standards.
