This is a 1,232 square foot, 3 bed/2 bath townhome. The garage has a ping pong table. Two small dogs allowed, with fee, see additional rules. NO cats! FIBER INTERNET!! The Home: -Sleeps 6 comfortably. -Kitchen is equipped to cook many different, basic meals. -Do you enjoy coffee? We have a Keurig Duo that can do pods or drip. There are also to-go cups for your road trip. COOLING: This home has central air cooling. There is a small patio off of the living room. The back yard has a little lawn and is fenced. FREE USE of washer and dryer is available. We have included a limited amount of soap to get you started. If you have lots of loads, you may need to supply some soap. No open flame allowed. No smoking, vaping, hookahs or anything similar. The chair in living room no longer reclines, however it is comfortable to sit in. Guest access The garage is being used for the ping pong table. Enter through the side door on the left, or West, side of the duplex. Other things to note If you have any questions about the property, feel free to ask. As with most of the homes in this area, there are a lot of open spaces. With this comes the possibility of seeing evidence of a mouse. We have a no kill traps on the propert, but have we have not caught a mouse in months.
