In the best beach location on the same property as the beach villa Heimdall, the spacious house in the style of spa architecture was built around 1900. Our apartments with their sunny verandas are individually furnished and offer a beautiful view of the sea, Schloonsee or the traditional town. The apartment, completely renovated and newly furnished in 2012, is located on the south side on the raised ground floor of the house. The sunny apartment is 80 m² and can accommodate 3-4 people and a child up to 3 years. The double bed is in the bedroom with a large window front and a nice sitting area. In the spacious living room with the small veranda there is a comfortable sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed. The kitchen-living room with flair is fully equipped and invites you to cook, eat + linger. On the adjoining small veranda you can enjoy a tea in the afternoon or a glass of wine in the evening. The shower bathroom is spacious and nicely equipped. In the utility room, there is a washing machine. In the spacious entrance area with double door, a stroller or similar can be parked. Guest access The entire apartment is available for our guests. Other things to note The rental price is for 2 people. Each additional person pays €20 per night. Linens and towels are not included. Bed linen and towels cost €16 per person and must be booked separately. The car parking space costs €6 per day. The extra costs must be paid locally. A local spa tax must be paid on site.
