Halfway between Sartène and Propriano, in the middle of an olive grove, you will be accommodated in a stone building housing several cottages. Only 6 km from the sea, in the Rizzanèse plain, our property will offer you panoramic views of Sartène and the Aiguilles de Bavella. The Gulf of Valinco with its heavenly beaches and the richness of its landscapes make our region an ideal destination for your vacation. The space The accommodation is a duplex with a part on the ground floor with a private outdoor space and a reserved parking space right in front. The outdoor area is equipped with a seating area with garden furniture and parasol or shade sail and a dining area with table and chairs as well as a barbecue. It is ideally designed to accommodate 4 people. There is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person. It has Wi-Fi access and air conditioning. The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. You will also find small appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster) as well as everything you need to cook (dishes, pots, etc.). The accommodation also has a small dishwasher and washing machine. On the garden floor you will find the shower room, the main room with a kitchen area and a living area, a bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm bed for 2 people, bedside tables and a wardrobe. In the living room, dining area, TV sofa and wardrobe. Upstairs, a bedroom for 2 or 3 people with a 120 cm bed and a bunk bed in cm for 1 person, closet and desk. In the bathroom: sink, shower and toilet WiFi access is free and available throughout the building. Guest access Your accommodation is completely private. It has a private entrance reserved for it. Its outdoor area is also private and is equipped with a dining area with table and garden chairs, a barbecue but also a relaxation area with garden furniture and parasol. A reserved parking space is also available in front of the accommodation. Other things to note 1- Linens (sheets and towels) are provided for the entire stay. (No replacement or washing of linen during the stay) Optional additional linen rental available. 2- We do not charge a cleaning fee, therefore the end-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the customer. A cleaning deposit will be required at check-in and returned at check-out if the accommodation is returned clean. Stay up to 14 days: cleaning deposit €90 Stays longer than 14 days: cleaning deposit €120 This must be paid on arrival by French bank check or cash. We do not accept credit cards. - Possibility to take an "End-of-stay cleaning" option: To be requested and paid on arrival. Price aligned with the cleaning deposit (if the customer takes the cleaning option, they will not be asked to pay the deposit) 3- The installation in outdoor areas of tents, swimming pools or paddling pools, regardless of size or capacity is prohibited. 4-- The recharging of electric vehicles on the electrical installation of the accommodation is prohibited.
